I was born and raised in Haifa, Israel, but currently share dual United States citizenship. I am a board certified and fellowship trained Radiologist specializing in adult Neuroradiology and Pediatric Radiology. I am also a music Composer and concert Pianist. I gained my formal classical music education in piano and music composition at the Music Conservatory school in Haifa, Israel. I served two years in the Israeli army then went on to receive my medical degree from The Technion Institute. After completing my Radiology residency in 2004, I moved from Israel to the United States to further pursue specialized Radiology Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology and Neuroradiology. Throughout my medical career, I have continued to write original music scores and perform at local music events. Around 2019, I started to expand my interest in composing music for films. I was the grand winner in the Oticons Faculty International Film Scoring competition 2021 and nominated the Top Finalist in the Film Scoring Academy of Europe contest 2022. I have been practicing medicine my entire adult life, and thoroughly enjoy my career as a physician, but at this point, I want to pursue my true passion as a music composer.
