I have studied violin, percussion, piano, and composing with some of the top musicians in the SF Bay Area. I was the concertmaster at Marin School of the Arts and have performed with the College of Marin Orchestra, the Marin Youth Symphony, the Marin Symphony, and have recorded at Skywalker Ranch. I also have a teaching studio where I work with private violin and percussion students. My twin brother and I are also the cofounder’s of Twin Score Studios (https://twinscore.weebly.com) and we specialize in film and media composing, although we have been commissioned to write a piece for the Golden Gate Brass Band which will be premiered in December.

Maddy Chassar Hesketh is a 17-year-old composer and musician from Shropshire, UK. At the age of 4, she took up piano lesson and began writing music from an early age. After winning BBC Young Composer in 2019, so many opportunities arose for her to study with and write music for professional composers and musicians. Her work has been performed in venues such as the Royal Academy of Arts, Stonehenge, the CBSO Centre, Royal College of Music, The Purcell School, The Edward Elgar Museum, BBC Maida Vale Studios, Watford Colosseum and most recently Wigmore Hall. She was also highly commended in the BBC Young Composers Competition and won again in 2021, resulting in a commission from the BBC Concert Orchestra, which is due to be played in July 2022 in London.

Felicity Handreck is 17 years old and doing her final year of schooling in Western Victoria, Australia. Felicity started composing from the age of 13 and was soon drawn to film music. She has competed in eisteddfods in a broad range of categories including piano, original composition and singing. Felicity also enjoys playing the ukulele and singing in a worship team. She has also performed as a percussionist in her local orchestra. Felicity is currently working towards her Certificate of Performance for piano through AMEB. She hopes to pass on a love of music and composition to her music students.

My name is Alexandre Manoukian and I'm 17 years old. I started music by playing the violin when I was 5 years old. Then around 11 years old I started to play the piano and to compose, both by myself. I studied a lot of composer’s works until now and I know that there are still a lot of composers that I have to study. I also love cinema, that’s why I applied in the film/media scoring category.

My name is Leyla Remzi and I am a 15 year old pianist and composer. Last year I got offered a place at The BRIT School and have been there for the past year studying music, but I recently got offered a place at The Purcell School and will be studying composition. I have performed as a pianist in venues around London including lots of arts and performance venues and churches. I started to get into film composition about 3 years ago but started to take it more seriously in the past year. I take part in many composition and music production summer courses at The Royal College of Music and Point Blank Music School and in the past few months I have won a gold prize in the World Classical Music Awards for composition and have completed grade 8 music theory. I love composition but especially film composition and am very excited to take my film scoring career much further in the future.
